Surprised that one of the judges dissented with the opinion. A Trumper, no doubt. If an area is restricted, you don't have to know why, or be told the reason. Especially if it is signposted. Any grade school student will know that.

So Guiliani is now arguing in court that he no longer possesses much of value, and so he cannot pay his judgments.  When the judge asked him if he COULD get them, he said yes.  At the end of the hearing the judge called Giuliani's claims "farcical" and threw him out of court.  He also warned that Guiliani and his legal team were very close to being cited for contempt of court.

Right afterwards, his attorneys asked if the judge would let them off the case, due to a "fundamental disagreement” with Giuliani; he “fails to cooperate in the representation or otherwise renders the representation unreasonably difficult for the lawyer to carry out employment effectively.”

Apparently they had talked to Guiliani about all this but he had ignored them.  His spokesman then claimed that "he has not been informed by Mr. Caruso of this action.  Surely Mr. Caruso would talk to the mayor, or at the very least inform him, of such a decision.” 

I love it.  Dueling spokesmen and lawyers, 

And just to see if I can follow this all - Rudy was Trump's lawyer who, like many Trump supporters, was a criminal.  So he was caught.  He was disbarred so he had to get his own lawyers.  Now those lawyers may face legal action against them due to Rudy's hijinks.  If that comes to pass, Trump's lawyers lawyers will need lawyers.

Well he is still trying. Not trying to comply with the court orders. Not trying to hand over his assets. Not trying to pay his bills. Not trying to be truthful enough to his lawyers for them to keep representing him.

No he wants to attend trump's inauguration so he can do some brown nosing and ass kissing if he can.

I have to give the Judge credit for patience. I'd have given Rudy 10 days of state accommodation long ago. Now Rudy has a new lawyer and a new trial upcoming. I'll have to start a new thread about trump's legal actions including his enablers act two.
