"In addition to the Trump campaign fees and the New York apartment, Giuliani must also turn over a collection of several watches, including ones given to him by European presidents after the September 11, 2001, attacks; a signed Joe DiMaggio jersey and other sports memorabilia; and a 1980 Mercedes once owned by the Hollywood star Lauren Bacall." Y'know, Republicans are always so concerned about how any Dem politician manages to make more than rent money over the course of their career, and there was Giuliani using his position as New York mayor to solicit luxury personal gifts in the wake of the worst terrorist attack ever. What a guy.

Surprised that one of the judges dissented with the opinion. A Trumper, no doubt. If an area is restricted, you don't have to know why, or be told the reason. Especially if it is signposted. Like leaving religion after being a devout 'whatever'. It is easier to continue the lies and bullshit, and double down that it is to deny that you got rooked by a con man. JerryBaumchen 1,362 #2433 October 24, 2024 Hi folks, It was a nice try, for a while: “Defendants were no more presidential Electors simply because they give themselves the title than Martin Sheen was ever the President because he went by President Bartlet,” Appeals court rules four Trump co-defendants can’t move Georgia election charges to federal court Trump, you're up next. billvon 2,990 #2435 November 14, 2024 So Guiliani is now arguing in court that he no longer possesses much of value, and so he cannot pay his judgments. When the judge asked him if he COULD get them, he said yes. At the end of the hearing the judge called Giuliani's claims "farcical" and threw him out of court. He also warned that Guiliani and his legal team were very close to being cited for contempt of court. Right afterwards, his attorneys asked if the judge would let them off the case, due to a "fundamental disagreement” with Giuliani; he “fails to cooperate in the representation or otherwise renders the representation unreasonably difficult for the lawyer to carry out employment effectively.” Apparently they had talked to Guiliani about all this but he had ignored them. His spokesman then claimed that "he has not been informed by Mr. Caruso of this action. Surely Mr. Caruso would talk to the mayor, or at the very least inform him, of such a decision.” I love it. Dueling spokesmen and lawyers, And just to see if I can follow this all - Rudy was Trump's lawyer who, like many Trump supporters, was a criminal. So he was caught. He was disbarred so he had to get his own lawyers. Now those lawyers may face legal action against them due to Rudy's hijinks. If that comes to pass, Trump's lawyers lawyers will need lawyers. MAGA! Making Attorneys Get Attorneys!

Rudy also tweeted that because the lawyers seized his "measly bank account" he "can't buy food". Subsequently he rushed out to apply for food stamps before trump gets around to cutting them off come January 21.

Not trying to hand over his assets. Not trying to pay his bills. Not trying to be truthful enough to his lawyers for them to keep representing him. No he wants to attend trump's inauguration so he can do some brown nosing and ass kissing if he can.

I'd have given Rudy 10 days of state accommodation long ago. Now Rudy has a new lawyer and a new trial upcoming. I'll have to start a new thread about trump's legal actions including his enablers act two.

Ya', but you might be saved the inconvenience unless a new and excruciatingly woke benefactor is the new owner here. You know, someone willing to float the cost just to keep us from going door to door.
