except reality says that's not true. The USA accounts for 46% of all firearms privately owned. There are roughly 1.2 firearms per American.

From the last available data I can find (2017) the US was 20th globally for Robbery Rate, higher than Canada.

If you look at the list it is near impossible to see any correlation between firearm ownership and robbery rate.

They're generally as good with their guns as young canopy pilots are with their canopies. As in the more they actually practice, the better they are, and the more they can just show how good they are, rather than having to talk about it.

However, the fatalities with canopies are (almost) always only the pilot. Doesn't necessarily work that way with guns.
