MIKELOCK34 0 #1 August 23, 2016 Has anyone dealt with Parasport customer service? I sent them a defective altimeter at their request. I have had no communication with them since they confirmed receipt of my altimeter. They have not answered any emails since that day. Has anyone had any previous experience with Parasports customer service good or bad? Thanks.

Not sure where you are but in the US your best resource is the exclusive US distributor, Unfeathered. unfeathered.com. I dealt with them for years as a Parasport dealer and they were awesome.Chuck Akers D-10855 Houston, TX

My experience with Parasport Italia http://www.unfeathered.com/ is the same as Chuck Akers. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
MIKELOCK34 0 #4 August 24, 2016 Thanks and thanks. Paolo at Parasport sent me a note saying they were closed and will reopen soon for the season. Got nervous after no communication for a few months. Luckily I broke my leg and cannot jump yet anyway!
Zydrius 0 #5 August 30, 2016 you have to be really patient with Parasport. Lack of customer service is pretty usual thing there.
