On the transgender front seems the Olympic Committee has some guts to admit  they were wrong. A rarity in modernity.

WA said the exclusion would apply to “male-to-female transgender athletes who have been through male puberty.”

Except Ireland sits about in the middle for the world crime index. So if you are arguing that they have less prisoners per capita (no idea if that is true) than other countries, it most assuredly isn't because of low crime rates.
