TomAiello 26 #1 Posted January 4, 2022 (edited) Just got this from ITD: Quote Hello, The Idaho Transportation Department will be performing inspections on the Perrine Bridge Jan. 7 through Jan. 13. During this time, ITD’s under bridge inspection truck will be deployed, individuals will be walking the arch of the bridge, and a drone will also be in use. Please anticipate some restrictions with base jumping activities throughout this period. Although details are subject to change and dependent on weather, additional information is as follows: Inspection to take place from 1/7 – 1/13. Inspection to occur during daytime hours. Base jumpers may encounter intermittent, hour-long, restrictions. ITD personnel will coordinate with individuals during restricted periods. Jumpers are advised to check air space before jumping. I have also attached a flyer here which ITD will be placing on the Perrine Bridge – please feel free to disseminate on your end as well to help spread the message. Should you have any questions regarding the upcoming inspections, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
