I wanted a new cookie plate to be able to swap in different camera setup quickly between jumps so ordered a new plate. The plate sent was the new cookie flatlock design and I had the old one which had been shown on their website. On pointing out the issue I got an immediate response and the offer of a complete new flatlock with the additional plate for free, fedexed straight away from Australia. No quibble, just apologies and quick fix at no cost. These guys kept me informed through out and really care about there customers so if you need a great range of goods/services these guys are worth a closer look.Dont just talk about it, Do it!
