Next challenges should be:

Voting age should now be based on date of conception, not birth. Same with drinking ages etc.

How do you deal with incarcerating a pregnant woman? The person inside the woman is not guilty and is now being unlawfully detained.

Co-conspirator, who went along with the crime.  Unless the date of conception was after the crime, in which case they are only half as guilty.

If a  pregnant host person is incarcerated, is the time adjusted based on the number of people? Just consider, then, the new industry in artificial insemination with multiple embryos for women who are about to be convicted of something with real time attached...

Convicted women could volunteer to be surrogate mothers where time spent pregnant would come off the end of their sentence.  A win-win scenario if I ever saw one.

Well, there was a time when a pregnant woman could be executed before 'quickening'. That is, when the fetus starts to move and can be shown to be alive.

So the embryo just successfully implanted after 28 years in storage has missed out on 10 years of elections, 12 years of driving, and seven years of drinking/gambling.

Will birth certificates and registrations be replaced by conception certificates?

It is my belief that any woman who has a positive pregnancy test should immediately register the zygote or embryo as the case may be.

Article in the WaPo recently showed that Alito's vote on any case could be predicted with 100% accuracy based purely on his political bias.

Why not save money and just replace him with a right wing bot?
