The US has been involved in industrial espionage for as long as it has been a nation. As are many nations.

In what is surely unrelated news, Florida allows veterans with no teaching credentials - and no degrees whatsoever - to teach any K-12 class.  This has been determined to be much cheaper than paying teachers a competitive wage.

Also, and fully funded by what used to be school lunch money, is mandatory KOTC, kindergartners being fast learners and all.

If you arm the inmates, I bet they will be able to protect themselves from even the most dangerous high schoolers.  I can see no possible downside to this plan.

It's not the High Schoolers. It's elementary Dear Watson, all shooters know that more often than not you shoot too high even when aiming. They're on you before you have a chance.
