Those little chunks of carbon fibre can be dangerous. First, they can leave nasty splinters in your fingers or toes. Secondly, they can short-circuit electronic devices. Twenty years ago, an RCAF CF-18 fighter plane crashed in Germany. One of the first thing investigators grabbed was Pledge spray wax, to contain carbon fibre splinters.
