The previous poster is correct. It started because of the re-tooling of the plant and then exasperated everyone because of an electronic component that was rejected and sent back for re-manufacture. Today we were told by Vigil they expect shipments to pick up. I had 8 of my back orders ship out today and expect more to ship out Friday. It's been a frustrating time for everyone.
