Any Democrat who loses should scream fraud, stolen election, and refuse the concede. I am serious. Turn it into a complete shit show. Throw it to the courts. Refuse to leave. Force Republicans to argue that our elections are fair. Hit them hard with what they don't expect: a concerted effort at every level from dog catcher to US Senator. Now that would be worth watching.

But it's not as easy as it sounds.

The idiots that filed all those lawsuits did face consequences.

Some were sanctioned by their state Bar association.
Many were made to pay the legal costs of the people they filed the stupid suits against.

And the double standard those fools operate by would take the 'they lost every suit' and accuse the Dems of trying to subvert democracy,  while ignoring the fact that they are doing exactly that.

They are absolutely in a 'heads you lose, tails I win' mentality.

Don't worry about a complete shit show. What do you think is going to happen when trump starts yanking the chains and strings of his new GOP subjects. Such that Mitch McConnell can no longer control congress.

For those who did commit crimes. The sanctions have been tiny. Who is to say that the fines on the ambulance chasers. Wasn't paid by the ambulance company.

Consider the fines to be pro-bono work. With the billions of cash sloshing around in political donations, PACs, etc. They will make out like bandits. Heck just Christians alone budget a quarter billion a year in dark money for political actions and subversion of dimocracy. Dimocracy is the turning out the lights of democracy by subversive actors.
