forums - jump to lat post automatically

forums setting used to be that when opening a thread you were teleported to the last unread post - now i am starting on page one every time

is this a settings issue? If so, I cant find where to do this

If you click on the black star (or circle) on the left side, it’ll take you to the first unread post.

OK, thx. Is this new or a feature of the mobile version?

I think it’s something new in the mobile version. I only figured it out because someone else posted it. We didn’t get release notes…

Hi Wendy,

Any thoughts on why it is a black star or a black circle?

I cannot seem to see why there are two types of icons.

Nope, no idea whatsoever

from a parallel operation point of view, it’s not great, because at the all-forums level, that marks the forum as all read. So very different reactions to clicking on the same point on different screens. At least when you do it at the all-forums level, it asks you if you really want to do that.
