Well, he's an extremely safety afare guy, and certainly not the type of person who would compromise anyones situation for his own gain

in terms of exit order - likely he's doing what he thinks is safe and right - great intentions - in fact, ADMIRABLE intentions

he just has a bad understanding of what happens in terms of wind layers and wind speeds

So when you argue with him, he is, honestly, in his mind, and ferociously, defending the safety of his friends and customers. This is likely a very decent fellow. That's why it's so hard to discuss. Especially with someone with 70 jumps.

Show him the wind drift simulator from Kallend and Omniscore. Better yet, convince someone with more experience to do that with you

In the end, each load will choose their exit order and right or wrong, per DZ policy or not, you have to live with it. So if you are on slow fall jump, jumprun into the wind, with uppers faster than lowers, - and they let out the fast fallers directly ahead of you, the safe thing is to take a longer delay between their exit and yours. And keep your eyes open, as usual during tracking and opening.

Driving is a one dimensional activity - a monkey can do it - being proud of your driving abilities is like being proud of being able to put on pants
