Been trying to get on there to snag a copy of the coach proficiency car. Anyone know what's up? Or did I miss the memo at some point?

You could try this. Go to Google.com and past this in the search box (if this is the right link):

cache:http://www.uspa.org/Portals/0/Downloads/Form_PROProfCardapp_2010_11.pdf

Prefacing anything with "cache:" in Google will pull down the last cached version of that page, if there is one.

They really need to restart their IIS web server... I'm doing the same thing for my B card.
