Western countries need to implement "Navalny" acts in all their statutes. I wonder how that could be implemented and who coordinates it.... in the meantime, Ukraine just pulled out and retreated from an area/city they could no longer hold on to. The US needs to lead in order to keep Russia from going after smaller countries.. Putin's yacht has been sitting around in San Diego for a year and a half now.
