The biggest concern about Biden has persistently been his age. I’m listening to the post spin talks about how you elect an administration not a person and tacitly acknowledging that Biden appears to be, or is weak.

Just because he’s a nice guy, doesn’t mean he deserves the job. He deserves respect and acknowledgement for all the good things he’s done. But a great leader knows when it’s time to hand over the leadership.

And they apparently thought so what or, more accurately, thought Biden screwed the pooch as opposed to losing the debate. Biden pulled in $14 million post debate to Trumps $8 Million. So there's that, too.

Money, at this time, is not the issue.  This is:  'Time to Go Joe': Liberal Columnists Turn On Biden After Debate Disaster (msn.com)

His base is leaving him.

I just watched tonite's Washington Week; most informative.  The belt-way reporter's phones are blowing up with input from Democrats who know what last nite means.  They are in panic.  There is no way to sugar coat it.

I do not believe it is possible for him to overcome last nite.  I truly wish he could.

We're on the same page, for sure. But if it looks like Biden can overcome this I'll not cut off my nose to spite my face. My huge advantage in this debate is I'm used to being wrong.

There will be more as time goes by.  I fully expect more & more newspapers to call for him to step aside.

Those opinions get advertising eyeballs. I am freaked out over how he looked in the first 45 minutes. That said, if America likes that sort of thing, well, beating Trump is the end game not me being right.

Something I enjoy about the US is the ability to poke fun at politicians. Some of the talk show hosts analysis of the debate has been hilarious.

”I’m not saying Biden shit the bed last night, but his new code name from the secret service is Amber Heard.’ Has got to be one of the funniest I’ve heard.

To his credit Biden did promise to finally defeat Medicare and now we don’t need to hear his deposition because we all saw  why he was not indicted for illegally retaining classified documents.

As per SOP, you're coming here and telling a group largely made up of moderates what moderates believe, based on what you've been spoon-fed by your right-wind media diet.  

Does it take a lot of effort to remain so willfully ignorant that you post this in a thread where several people, including me, have detailed their support for Biden?  There's zero doubt that he's increasingly looking like a horrible campaigner right now, but that doesn't negate what he has, and could continue to do as President.

Unfortunately what they are saying appears true. The only reasons to vote for Biden at this time all have nothing to do with him being effective as a leader. And there is no reason to believe his decline will not continue and good reason to believe it will accelerate. And he is likely to drive so many voters away that the party of darkness will do far better than it should.
