Some of the talk show hosts analysis of the debate has been hilarious. ”I’m not saying Biden shit the bed last night, but his new code name from the secret service is Amber Heard.’ Has got to be one of the funniest I’ve heard. And from that same pundit last night: "I'd vote for Biden's head in a jar of blue liquid."

I'm also impressed by Tulsi Gabbard, and Kyrsten Sinema strikes me as brighter than hell. Anyone who makes race or sex a big deal one way or another is a racist or sexist, as the case may be. If you're Gloria Steinham, David Duke, Jesse Jackson or whatever it's a living, but all too often people focus on identity politics only when competence is otherwise lacking. Thomas Sowell is too old, and may have lacked the necessary cunning to be effective in his prime, but I'd vote for a younger female version of him in a heartbeat. FWIW, this post demonstrates convincingly that racism and sexism sell.
wmw999 2,514 #130 June 29, 2024 Unfortunately, "uncompromising" and "hard to work with" aren't exactly awesome qualifications for a President (Trump notwithstanding). Kyrsten Sinema does work well with others, but Tulsi Gabbard and Sowell are both too ideological. What makes one a good politician isn't necessarily the same thing as what makes one a good adviser. The only reasons to vote for Biden at this time all have nothing to do with him being effective as a leader. And there is no reason to believe his decline will not continue and good reason to believe it will accelerate. And he is likely to drive so many voters away that the party of darkness will do far better than it should. Hi Ken, In May 1954, Roger Bannister cracked the 4-minute mile; when some people thought it was impossible. I remember it well as I had a paper route at the time. In subsequent articles, I read one about human physical peaking. It said that the male human it at his physical peak at 27-29 yrs of age. After that, it is all down hill. The decline is not linear, it is exponential. I doubt that Joe Biden will ever celebrate his 85th birthday. I hope that I am wrong; but, it is what I think. Hi Joe, Not at all. Joe Biden is running for the most powerful job on Earth, he should be held to a higher standard. If you've been watching him for the last yr or so, it is easy to see the decline. If he is still on the ticket in Nov, I'll vote for him. As winsor says, turn over any rock and what you find will be better than Trump. My vote is not going to make Biden the winner in Nov. I doubt he's on the same meds as my Step Mom. Perhaps, that's the reasoning for calls, for Biden and Trump to be drug tested.Who knows... Trump may be on STD and megalomaniac treatment. LOL Peace. Does it take a lot of effort to remain so willfully ignorant that you post this in a thread where several people, including me, have detailed their support for Biden? There's zero doubt that he's increasingly looking like a horrible campaigner right now, but that doesn't negate what he has, and could continue to do as President. You think your moderates, gladstonian liberalism I would suppose. The average American Lost $8,000 in inflation, now I'm sure that's nothing for Biden supporters. But for the Average American it hurts. Mederates... that's what you call yourself, what a frikin joke. Bill Maher, Russell brand,Rogan say that now.I'm sure you wouldn't listen to a word they have to say. PS.
