Specially considering leasing the land doesn't yet grant you the right to drill, need another permit for that. Which makes the following pretty interesting: Federal Acres leased in first 19 months of term: Obama 7.25 million Trump 4.4 million Add to that the fact that Biden approved 50% more oil and gas drilling permits in his first three years in office compared to Trump's first three years in office. Certainly seems you have Democrats to thank for these record production numbers...... “The Biden administration’s pace of oil and gas leasing isn’t just slow – it’s the slowest in half a century. A Wall Street Journal analysis of federal acres leased for oil and gas production over the past 50 years revealed that the Biden administration leased a historic low of 0.13 million acres during its first 19 months compared to the 4.4 million acres auctioned for lease during the first year and a half of the Trump presidency.”

Just the fact that he won the popular vote is going to be something that we will hear over and over. The liberal side made many references to Biden winning more votes than any other POTUS in history. That is no longer true. The Electoral College can not be blamed this time. America has gone over to the dark side for now. We can only hope that the pendulum has reached its apex and the stark reality of what is going to happen next will cause a change in direction in the future. People in power don't get attacked and get 34 legal charges for missing documents (which could easily have been one charge). Just because someone has money doesn't mean they are powerful. Trump is powerful today, after the election of 2024. Given the alliances he picked up this election, it's clear he now formidable.

What in the seven blue blazes of Jesus, Mary and Joseph the fuck are you talking about? You forgot to mention that trump personally made more money off the presidency than every other president combined in history. "Donald Trump reported making more than $1.6 billion in outside revenue and income during his four years as President of the United States, according to a review of his financial disclosures by CREW. While Trump publicly took credit for donating his taxpayer-funded salary, that ended up being less than 0.1% of the revenue and income he disclosed during his presidency. Far from being a sacrifice, the donation was merely a fig leaf to cover up four years of brazen corruption." "Donald J. Trump paid $750 in federal income taxes the year he won the presidency. In his first year in the White House, he paid another $750. He had paid no income taxes at all in 10 of the previous 15 years — largely because he reported losing much more money than he made." You have clearly not learned the first lesson of this election. Facts don't mean squat to the MAGA base and neither does corruption.

Nice to see that you agree that he should have been charged with a crime because he did a fucking crime though. Not sure where it leaves your point. Quote I'm not sure I believe the rape charge, given it originated from the same system that has been dishonest too many times to count. It originated from E. Jean Carroll, not a "system." He said he didn't rape her. He was found to have lied about that by two separate and independent juries. In both cases it was a unanimous decision. That means that even the jurors that Trump's lawyers chose found him liable for the rape. Quote As I said, I voted for Vance and Elon. Be fun watching his slow decline, and watching Trump supporters go from "we need Trump!" to "I hope he dies soon so we don't look like such fools for supporting him." So adding more acres isn't the issue. Approving the drill permits is...which Biden did 50% more of then Trump.

It originated from a female victim who has told her story for it to be judged on its own merits and in the context of everything we know and have seen alleged from multiple indpendent sources about Trump's repeated behaviour. Pretending it just came from 'the system' is nothing but a salve for your conscience. Which is fair enough in a sense - it really should need salving. You've looked every survivor of sexual violence in the USA in the eye and told them "You know what darling? I just don't give a fuck." Anyway, on another note I'm sure you'd agree that the entire US prison system should be redesigned to be far kinder to prisoners, with shorter sentences, more support and services available to them while inside and no prohibitions on potential employment when released - since most of them are just innocent victims of a dishonest system. And what about that CRT and the 1619 Project? Turns out they were absolutely right - the system isn't fair and justice isn't blind. If it can so maliciously and unfairly prosecute Trump in the full glare of the media spotlight then it would be the height of stupidity to claim it doesn;t do the same to black people no-one's looking out for.
