At a recent town hall, construction worker Carlos Aguilera asked Trump if the recent natural disasters had made him reconsider his claims that climate change is a hoax.  His reply:

What I do think is this. We can't destroy our country over being forced to do things, they want to do the green New Deal, they call it the green New Deal some people call it the green new hoax. They want to spend 93 trillion dollars on the climate. Now I happen to think there are very important elements of climate, water and air. In my administration I had the cleanest air on record, and yet I didn't destroy jobs. I had the most jobs of any administration ever. I also had the cleanest water, crystal clean. We had the cleanest water, the cleanest air. To me those are the primary factors. Clean water, clean air. We went into rural parts of the country and fixed people's water. They were drinking such terrible water. It was very important to me. All of that's important. At the same time, you can't give up your country. You can't say that we're not gonna have any jobs anymore. If they said, if they took their ultimate, which is 93 trillion, the Green New Deal, 93 trillion, that's more money than we would have in 20 years, we wouldn't be able to survive. We wouldn't be able to live. So I always feel that with the climate and I have been a great I have been an environmentalist. I built many things. I own Doral right next door and we did that in a very environment—I got awards, environmental awards for the way I built it, for the water, the way I use the water, the sand, the mixing of the sand and the water. I mean. Many different. But I've had many awards over the years for environmental, the way I've built, because you know about building, that's what you do. It's very important to me. At the same time, we can't destroy our country and we're competing against countries that don't spend anything on climate change, like China and others. And they're able to make their product for tremendously less than us. And we're not going to let that happen either. We have to have a strong country and we have to have a nice climate. And there's nobody better at that I think at that combination than me. I will say this though, I hear a lot about climate and they talk about global warming etc etc because they used to call it global warming now they call it climate change cause that covers everything, global warming. The real global warming that we have to worry about is nuclear. The water is coming up 1/8 of an inch over 300 years, the ocean is going to rise and you know nobody knows if that's true or not but they're worried about the ocean rising an 1/8 of an inch or a quarter of an inch in 300 years. What I'm worried about is nuclear weapons tomorrow.

And this is a man who wants to be president.

at this point it still matters not, he is obviously a deranged narcissistic sociopath who gets a pass on everything that they use against Kamala Harris.  If Trump gets elected this country is fucked.  If Trump loses, there will be months of violence perpetrated by Trump but he will still get a pass.

Not a single vote is changing over anything that Trump says ort does at this point.  The propaganda campaign of fear and intimidation since 2015 has worked for his voters. Goebbels would be proud

Hi folks,

Time to get out the handcuffs:  Federal law states anyone who "pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting" faces a potential $10,000 fine or five year prison sentence.

Hi folks,

Guess who he is talking about:  what the hell are you doing? You’re supporting the most radical nominee in the history of American politics

Or, as MJOSparky would say:  He has not seen the ball since kickoff.

Trump unwittingly admits what's going on:

"I have no cognitive. [Harris] may have a cognitive problem.  . . . It was nice that they actually said that, they said, ‘You know, if anyone has any questions, we were grilling this guy for two hours or two and a half hours and he’s got no cognitive.' "

Hi folks,

There is no limit to what this SOB will do:  “But they say it’s the most…I think Iwo Jima is right there. They took a lot of bullets putting up the flag.”

Trump compares image of Butler assassination attempt to Iwo Jima photo

So, what do all of you Trumpers think of this?

I'm listening,

I think it is safe to say that Melania is now much more fluent in English than Trump.

Interestingly they have to revise cognitive tests as successive generations find the previous tests to easy.

What are the chances Trump is doing tests from the 60’s

FIFY He certainly wouldn't pass one today. Unless the test was identifying the differences between a Big Mac and a 1/4 pounder.

Hi Nigel,

I am probably about as qualified as you to answer this question; which is None.

However, IMO he loves the attention way more; a lot way more.

My feelings exactly, which is why I’m counting the days till Elon falls out of favour with Trump for stealing the limelight.

Hi folks,

I wish them the greatest of success:  Members of the Central Park Five (also called the Exonerated Five) are suing former President Donald Trump for defamation over comments he made during last month's presidential debate, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Monday.

The Central Park Five and Trump, explained : NPR

I've always considered what Trump did towards them back in '69, one of the worst things he ever did.

Worked at McDonalds for 30 minutes and caused an e-coli outbreak in multiple states.

What ironic timing for poor old Trump. Probably doesn’t want to promote his McDonald stunt too much now
