If it lifts Tampa up by 20 feet it could keep them above the storm surge. I mean, it can only help, right? Or just have all the airplanes laying chemtrails across the US to fly into the storm to dry it out.
billvon 2,990 #427 October 9, 2024 From a Facebook thread started by conservative weather conspiracy theorists: ================= If Floridians would know a Hungarian wisdom, that storms can be broken up by church bells (energy frequency), they would turn on all church bells in the path of Milton and would ring them until the eye of the Hurricane is broken up. We are not helpless, we just need to use the knowledge we have. Please call your local pastor and ask him to turn on the bells in affected areas (may save your church and you). It may sound insane, but I am not making this up. ================= The bolded text means it's totally true.

There is massive storm surge and destruction along the coastlines, and yes, a short period of the storm, after the eye, causes a reverse storm surge and low water levels, which is temporary and will be replaced by storm surge again as the storm passes. Your ability to cherry pick data to fit your bullshit is fucking ridiculous and then you have the balls to say that 'other people are hoping for destruction'. However, you will claim that your initial prediction therefore, was correct, therefore all climate science is hereby, debunked, false, fake, and is not happening. Of course you won’t wait until tomorrow or the next day or the next day for any Tabulations or tallying of the actual data, you will just stick to the mere sliver that you could possibly find to deny anything and everything that is sitting right in front of you

wmw999 2,444 #439 October 10, 2024 I have a cousin in Clearwater; he lost part of his porch to Helene, but so far so good with Milton. Water came within an inch of flooding (he lives on a little pond), but is receding now. No power, of course. His sister lives in Asheville; she also still has her house. So my cousins are feeling pretty lucky. Wendy P.
