Strange that the Secret Service held him up for more shots. Aren't they supposed to dog pile him? Weird.

Edit: Apparently a rally attendee was killed and another wounded along with the shooter. Surely the secret service didn't make that error.

I feel no pity for him, not that I condone it. Trumps reaction was weird, the guy is not right in the head. Who has a near miss and needs to be muscled into the car as he’s pumping his fist?

Yeah I'm cynical when Trump is concerned. I feel sorry for the family of the spectator killed and the guy injured. Hopefully he can make a full recovery. The pox on the shooter. Trump may get some sympathy or worse sympathy votes.

The US is toast, you’ve got an election conversation that is driven by personality, violence and drama and devoid of policy. That goes both ways. When the Left is describing a potential second Trump term as “the end of democracy” and “the country won’t survive if Trump gets elected” this was bound to happen.

(or describing Trump supporters as Nazis)
