Who will be next will be the millions of voters who say they support trump but either vote for Harris or simply leave the president choice blank because they know he is a POS

I accept either option for those millions of republicans and other conservatives

Trump passes on another debate. This will hurt him with undecided voters.  His base already believes he won.  There will be pressure to debate since he is and will remain behind in the polls.  So much or the strong leader.

Actually this is a good example of perhaps the biggest threat of a Trump presidency.  He may be blind, or at least unable to see beyond his own grievances.  However he is surrounded by truly malignant people who will easily manipulate him, putting themselves in positions of power to do enormous harm to the country, and to the world.  They were not prepared last time, as they did not expect to win.  Project 2025 is enough to show they won't make that mistake again, and it's likely even worse is being planned by people who are smart enough to keep things under wraps until it's too late to stop them.

I disagree completely. Donald Trump is losing this election. It’s entirely possible that Harris wins by a larger margin than Biden won

Seems almost certain that Harris will win the popular vote, but to Nigel’s point: the electoral college and GOP Tom-fuckery will likely result in a nail-biter. It’s a sad truth.

Trump is a grifting, sociopathic criminal. If I had any say in it, he’d have been locked up a long time ago!

I don’t want him to win, I want him in jail. Do I think he will win the popular vote, no not by a long shot. However, I do think he is likely to win the electoral college (or lose by a razor thin margin that Maga exploits to ferment violence and chaos).

Just got out of a taping of The Daily Show…I always kicked myself for not seeing Jon Stewart in his natural habitat before he retired the first time, so I figured I’d make it happen while the option’s on the table. Tim Walz was the guest and damn, he just came across as a real nice guy. Comparing him and Harris to the Trump show is just fucking sad. 
 

$5 says Fox spends half a news cycle on Walz’s stumbling a little on the phrase ‘Madison Wisconsin’ after the episode drops.

Fox coverage of Waltz has been the definition of toxic masculinity, and also a great example of how it hurts men. 
 

The Fox hosts (who lest we forget are a bunch of guys paid to sit behind a desk and wear makeup) say that Walz, who’s successful, a veteran, a football coach, a hunter, knows how to change his own oil and keep a classic car engine running, appears to be a genuinely nice guy and great dad, and even his damn dog is a rescue from a shelter… they say women will never like him because he isn’t an ‘alpha male’. Why isn’t he an alpha male? Because he waves funny and drinks milkshake from a straw.

Think about it for half a second and this idea that there is a single, all encompassing standard of manly behaviour and body language that men have to live up to every minute of the day if they want to be worthy of female affection… it’s fucking insane. Imagine the pressure it would put on a young single guy who did believe them.
