An editorial in the NYT summarized the appointment of Matt Gaetz to be attorney general. trump didn't impress upon Americans or his MAGA base his true lack of morals and lack of character. It seems as if in desperation and a general lacking of common sense Americans want to message elites that many are hurting financially. So they voted for a second trump term.

Well Gaetz will certainly tear the house down. He will certainly bring clarity to what MAGA really is all about and what trump is all about.

I'm not sure how I could tell if I've ever eaten dog.  I've never done so knowingly, but I've been places where it was no big deal.  Same goes for horses.

I have deliberately eaten horse. Smoked horse meat was a bit of a staple when I grew up.

The US is now a full blown reality TV show. There is no rule of law, or checks and balances. It’s all about airtime and number of likes on Social media. Musk has already started engaging Twits to gather opinions and to try and sway public opinion.
