Re: I wonder why he’s not on the list. That list has a number of voids. The best jumper in the early 60's was Dick Fortenberry, D-38; he is also not there. Who knows how the list was put together. When Jerry Rouillard worked for USPA, he stayed up to almost midnight processing licenses until D-2000 came up & he grabbed it for himself.
