Freed from any obligations to control prices........ Expecting prices of raw materials to increase under Trump, construction and manufacturing businesses pare down work forces as a way to say Merry Christmas Trump Voters? That’s ok, Didn’t Trump promise to fix it all quickly? I mean at least the war in Ukraine will be over before he even gets into office, since he promised that. So that should free up some foreign aid to help.

We were all told inflation and unemployment were both impossibly high.

Which is going to be the basis for the nest Trump soundbite for the masses. Unfortunately we won't see further confirmation of how gullible you are. But it will go like this: I could have fixed inflation and grocery prices, who talks about grocery? Only I talk about grocery, when you get your eggs and the bread, that is called grocery. Nobody ever used that word until me.. Could have fixed it in one day, but then Biden made it worse. Now it will take longer. those grocery things. Doesn’t your normal 3 step end up with ‘everyone’s doing it’ or something similar? So perhaps the end game to fixing the grocery prices is eating the pets … because everyone is doing it and Hillary did it first

Sure, inflation is really high, but it's not quite as high as Biden's inflation!

Wild to see right wingers like BH here practicing their excuses for Trump's anticipated bungling of the economy. Even they know it's coming.

Their 15 minutes to crow here is about to come to a screeching halt and they don’t want to waste a second. Even Jay who, you know, just drops by every decade or so to marvel at our liberal circle jerk has now joined in almost minute by minute and even updated his avatar to be more relevant. Finally, puppy kicking is back.

My response was: "Good man but the conservatives left him a huge mess to clean up .... 2008 real estate collapse, etc. I doubt if he can solve all those problems within the next 4 years." This is a recurring cycle of conservatives making messes and liberals trying to clean them up. ... and both parties try to blame today's problems on "messes left by the last administration." Ho hum, rinse and repeat.

Well, they watch FOX News, of course. And they are told that food prices are killing Americans. So they post that food prices are killing them, because it must help Trump. Then they book their flight to Oahu for Christmas. Now that Trump said he actually can't fix food prices, they are hoping the whole issue goes away quietly.
