Evening, Jerry. It was temporary. Two schools; one saying an outage, the other a shutdown. In either case, “We have confirmed no payments have been affected — they are still being processed and sent,” Leavitt said. “We expect the portal will be back online shortly.”

It's back up and running.

And, people should remember that during his campaign, Trump said that there were parts of it he liked.  I think he meant the 99 44/100% parts.
