I can assure you that I’m well aware that you’ve been talking out of your ass this whole time. If you’ve only just realised that I can see you’re a congenital liar and charlatan then I apologise for not having been clearer.

My homework? Why on earth would you have thought I was looking for them? Are any of them as bad as the ones you just made up because they sound scary?

Because you obviously couldnt find them.  Its ok - I've grown used to doing everything for you since you arent capable.

I think you have imagined a conversation and forgotten to let anyone else know about it.

Oh bless. You’re so cute when you’re trying to be superior. Little hint though, it really doesn’t work when you’re basing it on a hallucination.

That's right, my bad, I forgot you don't even try.

How heroic.

Why would I be trying?

Hey - here's an argument for why DEI is a good thing. Why didn't you know about it? Why am I having to do your homework for you? Why were you too lazy and ignorant to look it up on your own? Two hours detention after school and no dessert while you think about how you can do better next time.

Why? Because I have already read several articles in that same kind of tone.

Its all excuses as to why people with less qualifications are chosen through racism and genderism.

There are always exceptions.  If you make a practice of hiring based on color and gender before qualifications, your workforce gets dumbed down.

I am in favor of becoming better, not worse.

Are you going to field any of the 18 rediculously wrong predictions that I offered you?

You can't find any defense for that fearmongering can you?

But not that specific one? You see that's a patheitc dereliction of duty, don't you? Why did I have to find it for you?

No, I ony wanted you to admit you were lying about the earlier 'predictions' you tried to scaremonger with. Since you already have, I'm pretty sure those other ones aren't anywhere near as bad - if they were then you wouldn't have had to lie in the frst place.

Of course he's lying.  It's what trolls do.

Especially the part where he claims unqualified people of color are hired over a skilled white guy.

In my experience in corporate America, DEI simply made sure that minorities are represented in the job application process, not simply hired because of their minority status. But I'm mostly worked for major American companies, what do I know besides a coworker at Intergraph in the 80's make the open statement when I recommended a black man over a redneck with very little networking experience - "We ain't hiring no niggers here."

I took the offer from Honeywell the following week.

Good for you.  It didn't solve your hatred for white people though, did it?

And if you make a practice of hiring based on the person looking/talking/acting like you (or your white CEO, or your Asian hiring manager) your workforce gets dumbed down even more.  I am in favor of not dumbing down the workforce.  DEI helps prevent that from happening.

Someone I worked with went to Uni with a Nigerian who qualified as a software engineer. Everyone else got jobs apparently, but this guy wasn’t even getting interviews.

The guy changed his legal name to Bill Gates and was employed soon afterwards. Of course, I’m sure there is a novelty factor in being able to say Bill Gates is one of your software engineers, but the only thing that changed was his name.
