The new USA White Power Agenda

I’m interested in your views on this? I don’t remember your thoughts on Musk doing it, and know you’re cautious about getting caught up in mass hysteria regarding the broader topic of a white power agenda.

I know stills can be misleading so here’s a snippet to it in context. It’s hesitant and not as bold as Musk. More like a naughty boy trying to thumb his nose at a parent.

Well, I don't think Elon should be involved in politics at all and am completely opposed to anything that even closely resembles a nazi salute. I am of an age where my parents served during Korea and had great Uncles that served during WWII.  Anything Nazi or Commmunist goes against the grain.

I get why you say hesitant, but it's also bolder because he made no attempt to provide any cover or alternate explanation for it. Just boom, here's my Nazi salute. If you don't like it, I have others.

Also telling that it was so obviously fascist that one of the next speakers from National Rally (a French far right party that was founded and run for 40 years by a literal holocaust denier) refused to take the stage because of how bad it would look to be associated with him.

Interesting about the French guy.

Other than your opinion on Elon, I completely agree also as well as every Red blooded American I know or could imagine. They are using it to manipulate the narrative. In a bar someone would call nigel a tool. On X, it's a meme, Warren,AOC, bernie and even 0bama doing the HaHa Salute.

Nigel if you look back before the raise of the nazi, it was part of Our Pledge, but we dropped it when see saw them do it...LOL Naxis and Rasicm Oh No!! Trolled.

And why it or anything even close to it should never be done again.

If you were in your early 20s that's almost a requirement.  "Wow objectivism makes so much sense!  Why hasn't everyone read this? "

Wow .....To you, I suppose it's all subjective .LOL

But nice Bill, lastly first, one in four aint bad.Freedom ,Reason, Challenging to status Q. Being survivors of the same Totalitarian system lead us back to Solzhenitsyn.

Honesty is now the currency of the day.

Bill, Nigel, the world, I never got thru Atlas, or the Bible, I tried more than once, then with a notebook in hand, but never make it, not Cover to Cover. Reminds me of Mark Twain's book.I tried. That doesn't mean we lose those lessons of Freedom,Reason ect..

Unfortunately that is a huge problem. The people spreading disinformation rely on people who only think and process in sound bites and the world is a complex and messy place.

Anyone can compress the solution to a problem into a soundbite

What is this thread is trying to validate, it's the only play the lying media and the Left have.  0bama played that game at Jews rally and it didn't sit well.Racist nazis fine people,Lies. What was that A.S. quote.. cattle or sheep.

After years of the syndrome and virtuous Ad Hominem attacks the joke is on those who assume.

 I'll agree in a sense.

I'm puzzled by your perceived problem... as this thread is a prime example.Isn't there a rebuttal to a bite, a bite. Rhetoric.

Hey, did you get John Mc's punchline yet?

Well, it certainly was to Rand.  She called people who took money from socialist programs like social security and medicare "parasites" - and then used them when she needed them.  Just a subjective judgment, right?

Because she said that's what she stood for?  Well, in that case, we should be following North Korea's example to support our own democracy, since they are the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Perhaps try again; it will allow you to speak to it more authoritatively.  I've read Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead.  The rape scene in The Fountainhead has been somewhat problematic for her.  It also sort of glosses over how women fit into the new world of objectivism; there is something of an exception there that she never really goes into.

Reminds me again of that Carl Sagan quote:

"The dumbing down of American is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance.”

Is  that your 30 sec. bite...LOL Good one. Interesting in more ways than one.

It's funny your book review never made it into a simple inductive search. I won't try the read again, perhaps you should. Besides There's a movie. LOL

I'm sure it will be closer to Annie's take, so I can enjoy the weekend.

If racist doesn't work... call them ignorant. Bravo

Hi Jerry

We could give votes out by IQ, maybe cut it up into 5 categories, 10 votes for the smartest  down to one for the proles.
