Reserve Repack

So I have had my rig for 6 months or so, and it has been a while since I jumped it because I was paying it off, but anyway, what is the official numbers of days you are supposed to have between reserve repacks ? For some reason I remember it as 180 or 120 days or something ? Anybody know for sure ?

If your in the US I think its 120 days.

yes that is if you are going to jump it soon. If you dont plan on jumping for another 2 mths or so - wait and get it repacked in another 1.5 mths before you plan on jumping

Why are you sending it back to the factory for repacks? There are plenty of very quailfied Senior and even a few Master riggers right there in the Houson area that can repack you. Saves you the shipping and lets you etablish a relationship with them so when you have a reserve ride you can just take it to them and know who saved you.

Typically sending back to the factory results in a higher cost to you since you have to pay shipping/insurance and factory repacks tend to cost a lot more then elsewhere.
