"Parachutist", May 2013. The full-page feature photo on the inside back cover shows a Skyvan exit (photo 1). But something else that caught my eye in that photo is some fishnet type stuff above and behind the rear door on the underside of the horizontal tail surface (close-up photo 2). What the heck is that all about?
