I feel this story has parts of it missing that you need to fill the rest of us in on. Furthermore does a BASE license count for anything in skydiving? So again...want to fill us in on the rest of the story. Did you use a skydiving rig, or base rig? Also, if you don't have a license, why did you put a number in the spot for a license? I just jumped out of someones balloon and that all Ill say about that.
