What I think happened was that as the bag came off, a stow byte grabbed some line that was coiled on the bottom of the tray, most likely when I turned the bag. It seems like an unlikely thing to have happened...but an infinite number of monkeys and all that shit. The best part about it was not an hour before this happened I was giving the RWS guy a hard time about high speed mals and the sky hook. They were doing intentional cut aways at Chicks Rock (This was where it happened) but they were all from good canopies. I told him to put a velo 90 on that bad boy, let me stall and spin it backwards and then we could see how it performs. So fate showed me through my own RSL how that shit works! I'm converted...faster is better!
