Suggestions: - Jump type: Let me enter my own description, the pop-up menu doesn't include some possibilities. - Drop zone: Same thing. - "ADD" should be "AAD". - What about accumulated jump and freefall time totals? - What about aircraft type? - Will the e-mail addresses be kept private?
