skyblu3 0 #4 September 10, 2011 Hey, I made this same jump 6 or 7 years ago in Slovakia. Also from a Blanik. It's one of my most memorable.
BrianSGermain 1 #5 September 11, 2011 It's true, every jump is awaking in it's own way, but some really do stand out. It was as beautiful on the way up as it was climbing out. It was simply amazing, and I recommend everyone do it at least once. Calvin19 0 #6 September 11, 2011 No inverted vertical stab high five? (Looked like a ton of fun!) -SPACE-
BrianSGermain 1 #7 September 11, 2011 I think the concern about hitting the tail was overstated, as the airspeed couldn't have been much more that 50 mph. I dropped pretty much straight down. HUGE fun!!Instructional Videos:www.AdventureWisdom.com Keynote Speaking:www.TranscendingFEAR.com Canopies and Courses:www.BIGAIRSPORTZ.com
Calvin19 0 #8 September 11, 2011 I was comparing it to the red bull 2-ship Blanik/jumper stunt. I guess I was too vague. -SPACE-

HUGE fun!! the only way i could see it happening is if you decided to launch upwards with your feet off the wing and delaying the vertical descent... someone would have to think its a diving board hehe
JackC1 0 #10 September 11, 2011 Looks like fun. Although I thought all Blaniks were grounded after a wing fell off one back in 2010. Guess I'm wrong.
BrianSGermain 1 #11 September 11, 2011 Actually, they are still officially grounded, but the Estonian Air Force is still able to inspect and fly them. That is why next year's Estonia Boogie is going to be such a great oportunity!
