What was kinda interesting on the test drops was that the bags left a 6" or so gap around themselves. They opened very uniformly and once I got the weight to bag ratio acceptable, they all spread apart. Apparently they self adjust and keep a small gap between them to spill air out. So no bag really touched another bag. It also had the effect, I think, of giving a larger sq. ft. area.

As long as they all open, catch air clean and stay attached.
I am no rigger, but I would suggest a Hoop, for outer bags, to keep them from collapsing each other!
