piisfish 140 #1 August 25, 2011 got a "gentle reminder" yesterday, as I was getting out of our School Room with a tandem rig on my shoulder. the reserve handle got caught in the door handle... and BOOM the reserve PC flew out. fortunately I had my rigging tools with me, so I reclosed the rig in a couple of minutes...
