WatchYourStep 0 #1 August 17, 2011 Just a shout out for some great customer service.... The battery door on my Neptune 2 broke after years of beating it up. After looking online at a few stores I couldn't find a replacement one for sale. I gave Alti-2 a call up and Carol said no problem. She asked for the color of my neptune and my address, when I asked her about payment information she said don't worry about it and it would be shipped out by the end of the day. Even if she hadn't offered it at no cost, the service still would have been great as she was friendly, but going the extra mile is wonderful.
