I can't get in touch with the DZO (left him a message) or the airport but the news reports said there are widespread power and phone outages.

I am scheduled to work there on Sat. My family and I are planning to drive down tomorrow evening and stay in one of the cabins at the dz.

I hope everyone is OK.

I'll post an update when I can.

Just heard on Facebook that they will be flying jumpers Saturday, with or without power.

I just talked to Paul (DZO) on the phone and they will be jumping this weekend.

There is a generator providing power to the FBO and he has a small genny to run manifest.

I will be bringing two 4000 watt gennys with me so there should be plenty of power to go around.

The phone lines are down so bring cash just in case they are still down this weekend and they are unable to run credit cards.
