Your ability to do those things well, has great bearing on the amount of success you achieve and the speed at which you achieve it. Think about how you used your mind, as well as your body when you were racing, do the same skydiving and it all becomes 'natural'. I think in all situations we all have the capacity for all three. Depends on your day.
