peek 21 #6 November 10, 2010 QuoteHow much crap will I get for jumping a rainbow canopy? I have 2 "white rainbow" canopies, but mine don't include the color purple/violet. :) I think you're OK unless you get a matching jumpsuit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_flag_%28LGBT_movement%

wmw999 2,534 #8 November 10, 2010 huh??????? No, my profile is on the left side of the screen. It shows I began jumping in the 1970's. My first parachute had rainbow colors (white spectrum Starlite). I'm just old. Wendy P.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. jim_32766 0 #19 November 11, 2010 I don't think people will much care. I've seen purple/pink combinations that (to me) are not too attractive, but nobody seems to pay much attention to them or give the owner grief. MikeJD 0 #20 November 11, 2010 I'm a bit confused. I thought the rainbow colours were red, orange, yellow, greeen, blue, indigo, violet. Bit hard to be sure from the photo but yours seems to start with black(?), and then red, and then, um, another shade of red(?) and then seems to make a proper attempt to get it right from there on. Of course, if you really wanted a rainbow canopy you'd have to make it a 7-cell.
Airviking 0 #21 November 11, 2010 Quote... That rainbow may get complimented as often as not. I really like bright colors. In the early '80s, we all looked like friggin clowns in our huge colorful jump suits. I liked it, I still like it. It signified joy.
