stuartjl 0 #1 August 16, 2003 I did my first tracking dive today and it was one of the best jumping experiences that i have ever had. If anyone out there hasn't done it and are interested in having a go then don't hesitate. A totally cool thing to do !!!!!!!!!!!!
andy2 0 #3 August 17, 2003 its awesome isn't it. What a great feeling to be flying relative (somewhat in my case) to others while moving so fast horizontally. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm... slotperfect 7 #6 August 17, 2003 QuoteA totally cool thing to do !!!!!!!!!!!! I did three in a row last year and they were an absolute blast. I loved it! There are a handful of folks at my DZ who are doing them and I have told them to "count me in!" Arrive Safely John

CHRCNF 0 #13 September 13, 2010 I would have to totally agree. It's somewhat of a "community experience." A group jump with no dive flow. One of my favorites!
Zenister 0 #14 September 13, 2010 I will get on a tracking dive pretty much anytime with anyone. Usually I'm the one that looks like he's enjoying the lazy formation dive you guys have going ;-)____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. InfiniteSky 0 #15 September 14, 2010 Dude, that's quite the thread resurection. By the way, I hope by no dive flow you don't mean no plan. A track dive should be planned out like any other. What line/side to fly, docks allowed or not, low or high on the flock, breakoff, ect. I love tracking dives, but they have alot more potential for injury than your average RW jump and need to be planned out. And sunset track dives are amazing. Many of my most enjoyable jumps have been tracking dives.
