My first USPA renewal letter

Is it normal to get a request for renewal 4 months before a current license expires? I don't really want to pay now if it shortens the length of time until I have to pay again.

It won't do that. Your anniversary date is your anniversary date, no matter when you pay the bill.

The early billing helps you be sure there is no lapse in membership.

It works like a magazine subscription. They bill early too, but you're still supposed to get all the issues that you've paid for.

No...they're just use to dealing with Skydivers, gotta remind 'em early & often.

Pay for another year now and it just extends it 12 months PAST when it runs out from the last time. ;)

Ok, thanks.

Hi Jim,

It's a little different these days with such widespread use of credit/debit cards; but, 'back in the day' a Conf. Dir. spent a whole bunch of his time dealing with members and their NSF checks. :P
