skyshimas 0 #58 April 18, 2010 This is one of the things I would love to pick up. Is it possible to do it on the east coast? I understand due to liability it is impposible to do it in winter but maybe in the summer ski resorts would look at it differently. I also wonder if these slopes are wide enough clear enough off of trees.
shropshire 0 #59 April 18, 2010 Hiya ... I don't see any reason why you can't learn on the East Coast (America) ... but I don;t know for sure (I'm in the Old country )..... Google paragliding and Speed Flying schools - they'll be there somewhere. (.)Y(.) virgin-burner 1 #60 April 18, 2010 Quote So, seduced to the Dark Side? Have fun again today; another day of ground-school (weather was shitty today), and i'll be ready to have a gondola take my fat, old ass up a mountain and fly down.. seduced!? not really, just want to do that speedriding legally, and having a paragliding-license wont hurt either.. maybe i'll even pick it up permanently, since i'm kinda pissed off with certain - uhm - circumstances in skydiving.. “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S.
