Obviously you recognize this as a clumsy scam. The reason they keep trying it, is because people keep falling for it.

A word to the wise: it is a MYTH that a money order or cashier's check is guaranteed, "good-as-cash" funds. Scammers make excellent forgeries of them, so authentic-looking, with real account numbers on them, that your bank will initially let you deposit them into your account, and let you withdraw the cash, after electronically confirming with the issuing bank that the account number is bona fide. But a few days later, the "issuing" bank gets the paper check, recognizes it as a forgery and refuses to pay your bank. You then become liable to your bank for the amount you withdrew against the forged check you deposited. Don't fall for it, people.

I gave him my info so he can sent the check. At this point hes entertaining me I'm going to try to waist as much of this jerks time as I can Here is his reply
