cloudsurfin 0 #1 December 6, 2009 Had a really cold jump today at snohomish (I think the forcasted high was 34 degrees on the ground)where i am a student. I lost currency due to the weather here in the NW and was re taking a 15 second delay jump in my student progression. durring the flight, freefall and canopy ride, you could see huge arctic swans flying by beneath you. They fill the valley this time of year. Snohomish is allways an incredibly beautiful place to jump but this made the cold even more worthwile. In september I watched a huge dark ball of pink salmon swimming up the snohomish river. I love what you can see from the air in an area like thatI
grannyinthesky 0 #2 December 6, 2009 I think Snohomish has to be the prettiest place I've jumped, even without getting to see any wildlife. The view is incredible.
