If you've been on DZ.com for any real length of time you would have known that in the past we've had people sign up for accounts leaving all the info blank to accomplish an agenda. Such as reporters trying to dig up shit about DZs in their area. The question asked could easily be turned around to say "hey, what DZ's around Boston have an unsafe track record" or many other not so good things. Sure, Skymedic could have used a little more tact, but that response is from previous experience on DZ.com.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." I am aware that reporters have been known to fish for information under false names... this just doesn't seem like that sort of thing... Like you suggested, tact is sometimes a good thing... frankly I'd have probably put this post in "General Skydiving discussions" but that's just me... Personally I tried to make light of the situation a bit... Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
