wesclimb 0 #1 May 25, 2005 I am a military free faller with about 130 jumps. Most of those jumps were under big canopies with gear. I also was lucky enough to get checked out on one of our tandem trainers (sport rig). What would I have to do to get my A License? Thanks in advance for your help. bodypilot1 0 #2 May 25, 2005 You profile filled out would help, but..... If your still military and in Cali, I will give you a short refresher course, train you on the sport gear you'll be jumping and review your mals/EP's and take you up for a checkout dive, then sign you off on a USPA card if you've done ok. All for the cost of my slot. Be safe. Edwww.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
wesclimb 0 #3 May 25, 2005 Ed, Thanks for the offer. I am currently in the Iraq so I will have to wait on the offer. When I get out of here I may just be heading to Calif. and if I do I will take you up on that. Thanks again!

A quick course so you know what's different, a jump or two to go over breakoffs, gear differences etc. There are some jumps you'd probably want to make on your own; you'd have to fill out an A card which might take another few jumps depending on what you've done so far and what DZ you go to.
