rgkrause 0 #1 September 30, 2009 My 18th birthday is coming up and what I want to do is try and make my first jump in the route to getting my skydiving license. My question to you is what is the best way to go about doing this? From what I have googled there is a bunch of ways to do start, but I dunno which one to choose, whether it be static line, Tandem or AFF. I want to eventually get my skydive license because ever since watching and reading the stories here.... http://www.matthoover.com/ I have wanted to wing-suit jump. I realize that is a ways away in terms of jumps, but I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a DZ/course they think I should take to put me in the right direction. I'm located in Stafford VA and I am willing to travel to a good DZ. Thanks, Garrett

lost_n_confuzd 0 #3 September 30, 2009 Ditto on what Gary said. I recently started going to Orange, seems like a pretty chill place with a lot of talent to learn from. The facilities and aircraft are pretty good too. And it's not that far from you.
