He got drunk, and then ran up to me while I was speaking with the Junior VP of Sony Software, stuck a balloon against my ear and popped it with a pin. He ran off giggling like a little girl. If he hadn't been wearing one of our corporate shirts, it probably wouldn't have been so embarassing.
Yes, he is a skydiver.
The point is, there are *always* goofs and dumbasses around to screw over your hard work. If you ever find a means of identifying and stopping the goofs, lemme know, please?

but, if person B let's all the air out of person A's go cart, then person B is "that guy" to person A - but a hero to all the campers

This boogie seems to invite this type of thing.

Someone moved an airplane from the parking area and put it under the loading tent the year before.

The year before that or maybe even that year, people from the club got caught driving up and down the runway late at night.

They do the keg stacking/bowling and have several people injured to the point of going to the ER.

When you allow and actually promote drinking 24/7 these things will happen.

So "Dude it's a boogie" seems to be appropriate here.
