blacksha 1 #1 August 26, 2009 At a previous company I worked for, I was attempting to organize a group of tandem skydives for team building. Someone commented that there was a policy requiring that only n employees at a time could fly on an airplane together. Is this a pretty common policy with big companies? DSE 5 #2 August 26, 2009 I can tell you that Sony execs are not allowed to fly on the same plane. Same thing with Microsoft. But those are execs, not average "employees."
kj126 0 #3 August 26, 2009 Some will not allow it at all, about got myself in some serious trouble and had nothing to do with it. Just the link between work and skydiving, a few of the trainers found out that I jumped and wanted to try it. Anyway was explained to me that while they were here in the states, the company was responsible for there well being and could not allow them to take part in such a thing. Some of them went anyway, just kept it to themselves, I Am Sofa King We Todd Did!!
PhreeZone 20 #4 August 27, 2009 I used to work for a company that would only let 2 people from each department/project fly together for Disaster purposes. This was for every day employees so the policies are out there, now if people follow them is another matter.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
